Before confirming your appointment, please read and agree to the following terms:
Services & Expectations
Women’s Body Alchemy & Wellness offers medical aesthetic and functional wellness services, including hormone consultations, neurotoxin and filler treatments, microneedling, chemical peels, and more.
Results may vary based on individual factors, and no outcome is guaranteed.
Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds for any services rendered under any circumstances.
This includes:
Dissatisfaction with treatment results
Changes in personal preference after treatment
Prepaid service packages
Your time, products, and professional care are delivered at the time of service and cannot be reversed. Follow-up care will be offered when appropriate.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
We kindly require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a fee or forfeiture of your deposit.
Emergencies will be handled case by case.
Product Returns
Only unopened and unused skincare products may be exchanged or credited within 7 days of purchase.
No refunds will be issued for opened or used products.
Informed Consent
You will be asked to complete a treatment-specific consent form at your appointment.
Please disclose any relevant medical history, medications, allergies, or conditions.
Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service if it is determined that treatment is not appropriate, safe, or in alignment with our practice values.
Agreement
By booking an appointment, I confirm that:

Scope of practice: Due to NC laws I can provide care to and treat people that identify as female only.
Mobile services are restricted to Neurotoxins, Filler, Micro needling, and Chemical Peels, and HRT/ consulting.
If you book an in-home service, please ensure you have a clean, well-lit area with a place to sit/lay comfortably.
Mobile Services over 20 miles from our location are subject to a Travel Fee,
The deposit required upon booking will go towards your treatment. It is refundable with >24-hour cancellations, or should you choose not to begin the treatment.
NO CALL. NO SHOW will result in $50 charge. Please call to reschedule to ensure your hard-earned money goes towards your goals. The second no call/ no show will result in dismissal from the client panel.
For safety reasons, people wishing to be serviced at our location will be given the address upon booking/ receipt of deposit.
We strive to maintain a sense of coziness, away from the outside world. Please bring house slippers, or your favorite fuzzy socks when you are being serviced at our location.
Payment is due at time of service, failure to pay within 24 hrs will result in dismissal from the practice
